It is the mission of Alklean Industries, Inc., as an industry
leader, to provide our customers with superior products plus efficient and
timely service with a swiftness that is difficult or impossible to match and the expertise
to properly apply those products and services. Our continued existence requires that
we assemble and maintain a customer base that values these peerless qualities.
Profile
Alklean Industries was incorporated January 2, 1987.
Its desire was to sell quality products and provide excellent service at a
fair price to industrial and commercial customers. It also offered
application expertise to customers with special needs or demands.
Alklean, also known as Adkins Equipment & Supply, is driven by John R.
& Brenda Purswell, a husband and wife team working in the industry since
1971. In fact, Brenda is the principal shareholder, giving Alklean the
Woman Owned Business classification.
Alklean has grown from the 4 employees in 1987
with annual
sales under 1/2 million to our current 12,000 sq. ft.campus with 3
buildings, 13 full-time and 2 part-time employees, and annual sales over
$1.8 million. Almost half of our
employees have been with us 10 years or more. All of our employees
hold Certification in Transporting Hazardous Materials. The Alklean
Team offers a level of service and customer care unparalleled in the Gulf
Coast area. In fact, our customer base includes oil field related
companies, refineries, construction and manufacturing companies,
municipalities, schools, contract cleaners, trucking companies, and farming
and ranching related businesses throughout the greater Houston area and
across Texas, California, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Cleaning Systems can be purchased many places, but we feel expertise in
application is key to helping our customers achieve peak efficiency and
profitability. The right equipment and its proper usage, appropriate installation
and cleaning products, and overall quality service are paramount to our customers'
satisfaction.
